I am not very good with pastry and do try and avoid making and cooking with it. But my
hubbie decided he fancied a quiche and I really don't like shop bought ones. So I braved the pastry making and look at the result - fantastic, only problem was it didn't last long!!!

I've tried making a quiche years ago but in my case even the cheapest "value" product available was infinitely better.
On the pastry side I use a food processor, and don't add as much fat as the recipe calls for, this also works when making dumplings use less than the suggested amount of suit and its much more edible.
