I wanted to put one in the boot of the car and take it home but common sense prevailed and I took some photos instead.
I would like to own a couple of pigs and then eat them - think crispy bacon and sausages, but it is surprising the number of people who get all strange about the thought of that (where do they think Tesco get theirs from, at least mine would have had a happy life before being dispatched). ho hum!

I put something similar on my blog , it was about sheep and the teacher who lost her job cos of dispatching it . I find peoples connection with where food comes from and reality daft. Lamb chops come from lambs Pork chops come from Pigs, Steak comes from cows as does milk. Tesco is a retailer not a craft shop that makes pork chops out of flour and pork essence. Strange how they never mention how the carrots must feel at being dunked in boiling water.
